Amy Ritz is a Senior Associate Attorney at Gill Law. Amy graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2012. Prior to graduating from law school, Amy was an Admissions Recruiter for South Texas College of Law and a legal clerk for the 164th and 165th District Civil Courts of Harris County, Texas. Amy has significant experience in a broad range of family law cases including divorce, child custody matters, domestic violence issues and parental termination and adoption cases. Amy began practicing law in 2013 by representing criminal defendants in Fort Bend and Galveston counties as court appointed counsel during which time, she gained trial experience at an early stage in her career. Amy has been an active member of her community as a former board member of the Trinity University Alumni Board – Houston Chapter. Amy believes in client-focused representation. She is a passionate and zealous advocate. Her commitment to her family as a wife and a mother drives her passion for helping families who are dealing with challenging legal issues.
